Can it analyze pages on any website?
No. The browser security model prevents a page from reading performance data of other sites, so this tool analyzes the current page of this site only. To cover the full loading process, refresh the page and start the analysis right away.
How is the score computed and why can LCP be missing?
TTFB, FCP, LCP and CLS are worth 25 points each and decrease linearly past the recommended value. LCP can usually only be measured during page loading, so it is missing when loading finished long ago or the browser lacks support.
